πŸš€ I built Milo β€” a command center for freelancers sick of chasing leads

Hey Indie Hackers πŸ‘‹
I'm Patricia, a dev + freelancer who got tired of juggling spreadsheets, job boards, cold emails, and follow-ups just to land gigs. So I built Milo β€” a tool that helps freelancers find and manage leads without the chaos.

  1. The Problem

    Freelancers waste hours:

  • Scraping job boards

  • Cold DM’ing clients

  • Tracking convos in Notion or messy sheets

  • Forgetting who they followed up with

It’s messy, time-consuming, and completely unsustainable.

  1. The Solution
Milo is a simple lead pipeline for freelancers:

  • Scrapes job boards and local businesses

  • Shows you high-quality, freelance-friendly leads

  • Lets you track convos, follow-ups, and deal stages

  • Tells you what’s working with built-in analytics (via PostHog)

  1. Tech Stack

  • Next.js, Tailwind, Vercel

  • PostHog for analytics

  • More AI & automation features in the backlog

πŸ™ Feedback Wanted
I’m building Milo for myself first β€” but also for other freelancers who want more control, less stress. If you've done freelance or launched similar products, I’d love your feedback.

What would make this tool a no-brainer for you?
