I built my first SaaS but got only 250 visitors in a year — what am I doing wrong?

I wanted to share my first SaaS project and get some honest feedback.

About a year ago, I built LaunchsPage — a tool that helps founders create simple pre-launch landing pages and start collecting emails before launching their startup.

I’m a solo developer and built everything myself (backend, UI, deployment, payments).

The idea was to make it very easy to:
• create a launch page
• publish it quickly
• collect emails
• validate startup ideas

But the results have been disappointing so far.

In 2025, the site had about 169 visitors
In 2026 so far, around 82 visitors

So roughly ~250 visitors total and almost no signups.

Recently I improved the homepage (clearer messaging, better UI), but I’m not sure what the main problem is.

I’d really appreciate your honest feedback:

• Does the idea make sense?
• Is the homepage clear?
• What would you improve first?
• Is this just a traffic problem?
