Tracking the time-to-first-saved card and the share rate is definitely the next step to measure real engagement before messing with the clean codebase. You hit the nail on the head regarding mobile onboarding. Since the builder requires precision, mobile is definitely a challenge. I am currently thinking about a simplified step-by-step wizard or a dedicated onboarding flow specifically for mobile users to prevent that drop-off.
