I built PayPoint – a finance OS for creators

👋 Hey

I'm Emmanuel, a creator who got tired of chasing brands for payments. I built PayPoint a simple finance tool for creators to track deals, send invoices, track expenses and get paid faster.

💡 What it does:

· Track brand deals: log every deal, set due dates, and see who owes you.

· Send professional invoices: generate PDF invoices and send them to brands in 2 clicks.

· Automated reminders (Pro): emails brands when invoices are overdue so you don't have to.

· Payment portal: brands can view and pay invoices without creating an account.

. Calculate expenses for each deals.

Why I built it:

I was managing 10+ brand deals a month with spreadsheets and chasing payments manually. I couldn't find a tool built specifically for creators so I built one.

Quick stats:

· Users: 5 active (just launched!)

· Revenue: ₦3,000/month per Pro user (~$4 USD)

· Tech: Node.js + Supabase + Paystack + resend(coming soon please)

🎯 What's next:

· Multi-currency support

· Analytics dashboards

· Mobile app

❓ Questions I'd love feedback on:

1. What's the #1 feature you'd want in a creator finance tool?

2. Does the pricing (Free / ₦3,000 Pro) make sense?

3. What would stop you from using this?

Try it out: https://paypoint-backend.vercel.app

(It's free I'd love honest feedback!)

P.S. I'm a solo founder, I'm bootstrapped, and I'm learning as I go. Be kind 🙏

The 5 active users and the fact that you’re already seeing paid usage make this more interesting than a typical launch post. You’re also describing several adjacent financial jobs in one product, which makes the early user behavior especially telling: the strongest signal may come from what creators actually keep returning to rather than what they say they want.
