I built PipMCP to turn business APIs into tools for AI assistants

Hey IH — I’m Jannik, and I’m launching PipMCP.

AI can help you write a customer email. Getting it to find the right customer, check their order, and act inside your existing software is where things get more interesting.

PipMCP connects business software to assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor through MCP. You can import an API, choose which actions to expose, and connect the hosted MCP endpoint to your assistant.

For example: look up a customer and prepare an invoice, while requiring approval before emailing it. The available actions depend on the software you connect and the permissions you set.

The part I want to get right is control: allow an action, disable it, or require approval. Actions are logged so you can see what happened.
