Hey Indie Hackers ๐
Iโm building RedResumes, an AI-powered resume builder for job seekers who are tired of sending resumes and getting no replies.
A big problem I noticed is that many resumes never reach recruiters because they get filtered by ATS systems before any human sees them. Most people also use one generic resume for every job, which reduces their chances of getting interviews.
So I created RedResumes to help users:
โ
Build ATS-friendly resumes
โ
Improve weak resume content
โ
Tailor resumes for specific jobs
โ
Create professional resumes faster
โ
Prepare better for interviews
The goal is simple: help job seekers get more interview calls without wasting hours formatting resumes manually.
Iโm still improving the product and would love feedback from the Indie Hackers community.
What do you think is the biggest problem people face when creating resumes today?
