I built RemoteCV | Reversing the job search model
Hello everyone
Inspired by by @Levelsio, I decided to start http://RemoteCV.com
My goal is to:
1-Help you find a remote job for free
2-Find and Hire the best Remote Talents for (any role).
Happy to hear any feedback :)
Clean UI after the first fold and easy to understand.
However, a disconnect in Headline and the lead form used as both targeting different user groups.
It says "Find and Hire the best Remote Talents for any role" which depicts the audience as recruiters or talent seekers.
On the other hand, Lead form asks for information with CTA as "Get listed" depicting the audience as Remote job seekers.
Asking "You are a ______" (Recruiter Or Talent ) in front of Lead form can help segment and individual form or CTA can be further shown.
^ This. You should make the headline clearer. Like what the above commenter said about segmenting the type of audience going to your site -- whether it's finding talent or finding job.
I'll make it more clearer. also i'll introduce an interesting feature.
