Yeah, the space is getting crowded fast, especially as more Sora-style tools appear. For now I’m focusing on two things that most tools still ignore:

1) Keeping it genuinely affordable.
A lot of AI video tools quietly raise prices or limit features once they get traction. My goal with Nan0Banana is the opposite — keep the pricing low enough that solo creators and small teams can actually use it every day, not just for occasional experiments.

2) Reducing friction instead of adding “more features.”
Most tools keep adding knobs, constraints, or upsells. I’m trying to go the other direction: faster outputs, fewer limits, and simpler controls. For most creators, speed + predictability ends up being more valuable than fancy panels.

As new Sora-based tools show up, I think differentiation won’t be about “which model you have,” but about cost, reliability, and how painless the workflow feels. That’s the part I’m betting on.
