Most of my projects used to stall in the same place.
Not because the idea was bad, but because I couldn’t get a first version out fast enough.
By the time I handled all the early busywork, the spark was gone. I’d move on, tell myself “I’ll come back later,” and never ship anything.
ShipAhead came from that frustration. I wanted a path where the distance between idea and something real was short enough that I didn’t lose interest halfway.
The outcome was simple. I started launching more. Not bigger, just faster. And once something exists, it’s easier to improve, test, or even kill it intentionally instead of letting it fade.
