I built “Smart Reviewer” — AI-powered GitHub PR reviews for JS/TS

I just released the first version of Smart Reviewer — a tool that automatically reviews your GitHub Pull Requests using advanced AI and static analysis.

### Why I built it

As a developer, I was spending hours reviewing PRs — checking for performance issues, possible security problems, and code smells. I wanted something that could give me instant, actionable feedback without slowing me down.
