I built Suggix β€” a user feedback system that turns users into part of your product team

Hey Indie Hackers πŸ‘‹

I’m an indie developer building Suggix, and I wanted to share it with you all and get some honest feedback.

homepage

Suggix is a user feedback and product planning platform designed for early-stage SaaS teams. The idea is simple: instead of treating feedback as scattered notes across emails, chats, and spreadsheets, Suggix turns it into a structured system that connects directly to your roadmap.

With Suggix, you can:

β€’ Collect user feedback in one place

β€’ Link feedback directly to features and roadmap items

β€’ Share public roadmaps and changelogs with users

β€’ Let users vote and comment on what matters most

The goal is to make product development more transparent and collaborative β€” users don’t just report issues, they actually influence what gets built next.

I built Suggix because I kept running into the same problem while building products: feedback was always valuable, but never properly organized or connected to decision-making. That gap slows down small teams a lot more than people realize.

Right now I’m in early stage, actively improving based on real usage and feedback from other founders.

If you’re building a SaaS or side project and dealing with user feedback chaos, I’d love for you to try it out or just tell me how you currently handle it.
