Intro: Starting from zero

A few months ago, I had no audience, no funding, and no real plan.
Just one question:

“What if anyone could create a complete brand identity in minutes?”

Logo, color palette, typography, slogan, storytelling… all generated instantly.

That’s how Brandolia.io was born — the first AI brand identity agency in Europe.

Today, the platform attracts 300+ new users per day, fully organically.

Finding the idea: why Brandolia?

I noticed something simple:

  • Everyone wants to launch a project or business
  • But most people don’t know how to create a professional visual identity
  • Agencies cost €500–€3000
  • Existing AI tools were too fragmented

So I built Brandolia to generate EVERYTHING in seconds:

✔️ Logo
✔️ Colors
✔️ Typography
✔️ Slogan
✔️ Storytelling
✔️ Brand strategy
✔️ Social content
✔️ A complete brand book

Building a real AI agency

My goal wasn’t to build “another AI tool.”

I wanted to recreate the feeling of hiring a real creative agency, but powered by AI:

  • Instant
  • Affordable
  • Accessible
  • High quality

The result feels like a creative team working 24/7.

How I got to 300 users/day

I didn’t run ads.
I didn’t have a big audience.
I didn’t launch on Product Hunt yet.

Here’s what actually worked:

1. Posting many videos on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts

Not viral.
Not perfect.
Not aesthetic.

Just consistent.

Some videos did 200 views.
Some did 800.
A few did 10k+.

But together, they brought a steady flow of new users.

2. Showing results, not explanations

People want to see the transformation.

I showed:

  • Logo before/after
  • Complete brand identity in seconds
  • AI generating content live

That alone drove curiosity → signups.

3. Clear CTA

Every video ended with:

👉 “Try Brandolia — the first AI brand identity agency.”

4. Involving users

I asked viewers:

  • “Want a free brand redesign?”
  • “Want me to generate your identity?”
  • “Want your logo reviewed?”

Engagement exploded.
Trust grew.
Users came back.

The power of consistency

This is the part most people ignore.

Most of my early videos flopped.
But I kept posting.

Then suddenly → one video brings 200 signups.
Another → 500.
Another → 1000.

The small numbers compound into something big.

Lesson:
👉 Don’t stop posting because views are low.
You are one video away from changing everything.

My newsletter strategy

Once traffic grew, I needed retention.

So I created a simple newsletter:

  • Branding tips
  • AI prompts
  • Case studies
  • Common mistakes
  • How to grow with a strong identity

It increased:

✔️ Returning users
✔️ Upgrades
✔️ Word-of-mouth
✔️ Long-term trust

Simple. Fast. Scalable.
