A few months ago, I launched Brandolia, an AI-driven brand identity generator that builds a complete brand kit in under 60 seconds — logo, slogan, storytelling, typography, color palette, brand guidelines, sales channels… all in one shot.
But instead of positioning it as “just another AI tool”, I framed it as:
the first fully AI-powered brand identity agency.
(You get an agency-level brand… without the agency price.)
And somehow… it clicked.
Origin story **
I originally built Brandolia for one simple reason:
creating a full brand identity takes days, sometimes weeks — and most people just want to launch their idea fast.
I imagined a world where:
you enter your brand name
your industry
your style
… and AI does everything instantly.
So I coded the first prototype over a weekend. No fancy UI, no strategy, just a working model.
Growth: from 0 to 300+ signups/day
What surprised me the most was how fast users adopted it.
A few observations:
TikTok and Instagram Reels gave us a massive boost
People LOVE seeing their brand created in real time
The “AI agency” positioning resonates much more than “AI logo tool”
Early users shared their results everywhere (free virality)
We’re now averaging 300 signups per day, fully organic.
Monetization (what actually works)
I experimented with multiple pricing strategies:
❌ Selling only logos → low perceived value
❌ One-time payments → unpredictable revenue
But what worked incredibly well:
Subscription with unlimited logo revisions
People don’t want one logo — they want to explore, refine, iterate.
And the killer feature?
--> AI agent that lets you modify your brand identity endlessly, like talking to a real designer.
This alone increased conversions dramatically.
What I learned building this
People care about speed more than perfection.
Storytelling > features.
Brandolia grew faster when I said “AI agency” instead of “AI tool”.
Show, don’t tell.
Videos of the generation process convert way better than screenshots.
Brand identity is an emotional product.
Users want to “feel” something when they see their new brand.
What’s next? ^^
Adding website & business card auto-generation
Opening Brandolia to agencies as a white-label tool
Building a Brandolia API so SaaS owners can integrate branding into onboarding
Still early, but the traction feels real.
