I built Zeno — my AI that turns scattered ideas into action, and I’d love your feedback

Hey Indie Hackers 👋

I’m a developer with over a decade of experience. About 8 months ago, I took the plunge and started working full-time on my own venture, HugeLeap. We recently turned profitable, which feels amazing… but honestly, it’s been chaotic.

Every day, I was juggling:

Writing code

Handling design and marketing

Doing user research

Brainstorming features and strategies

And in the middle of all this, my ideas kept slipping through the cracks. I’d have 10+ ChatGPT tabs open, tons of notes scattered everywhere, and by the end of the day, zero clarity on what to actually do next.

I realized the problem wasn’t a lack of ideas — it was turning ideas into structured, actionable tasks. That’s when I started hacking a small tool for myself, just to help me stay on track.

That tool became Zeno 🧠

At first, it was simple: I’d chat with it about my goals, and it would generate a daily plan. But over time, it grew into something much more powerful:

It breaks long-term goals into daily, weekly, and monthly tasks

Tracks habits and routines with visual progress

Does human-like daily check-ins to keep me accountable

Keeps notes, ideas, and progress all in one place

Syncs across Linux, mobile, and browser (soon!)

Uses a memory system to remember context across conversations so nothing gets lost

Basically, Zeno became my thinking partner — helping me plan, act, and stay consistent without losing focus.

Now, I’ve open-sourced Zeno because I want feedback from other makers, developers, and entrepreneurs. I want to know:

Does this resonate with your workflow?

Would you actually use an AI co-pilot like this?

Any features you think are missing or confusing?

If you want to check it out:

Also, first 100 users get free access, and beyond that, there’s a one-time payment — no subscriptions.

I’d love to hear your thoughts, critiques, or suggestions. I’m building this in public, and every piece of feedback helps Zeno get better.

Thanks for reading, and can’t wait to hear from you all! 🙏
