I compiled a list of 70 creative ways to drive traffic to your website

I started this list as a personal note on my iphone while figuring out distribution for my own SaaS. Every time I came across a channel that actually worked for someone, I wrote it down with a note on when it makes sense and when it doesn't.

I ordered it so the more creative and underused channels come first and organized it across 10 categories:

  1. Offline and unconventional (physical mail, conference stickers, sponsoring 50-person meetups, ebooks)

  2. Product-led and viral loops (embeddable widgets, public profiles, powered-by badges, referral programs)

  3. PR and media (open-sourcing something adjacent, state-of-industry reports, HARO, roundups)

  4. Cold outbound (trigger-based outreach, X DMs after rapport, reactivation emails)

  5. SEO and content (programmatic SEO, free tools as lead magnets, original research, comparison pages)

  6. Partnerships and integrations (integrations with bigger tools, co-marketing, affiliates, podcast guesting)

  7. Paid acquisition (competitor brand bidding, Reddit ads, newsletter sponsorships, retargeting)

  8. Social and personal brand (reply guy strategy, LinkedIn long-form, YouTube tutorials, build in public)

  9. Communities and forums (niche specialty forums, Quora, Slack/Discord, then Reddit and HN)

  10. Marketplaces and directories (listing on acquire.com even when not selling, niche directories, AlternativeTo, then Product Hunt and G2)

A few things I tried to be honest about:

  • Most of these take 4 to 8 weeks before you can tell if they're working. Picking 3 to 5 and going deep beats spreading across 20.

  • Some are obvious but most founders skip them anyway (refreshing old content, getting on niche directories, building a basic affiliate program).

  • A few are weirdly underused (sending physical mail to 50 dream customers, sponsoring 50-person meetups, listing your startup as 'open to offers' on acquire.com even when you're not selling, embeddable widgets).

Full list with notes on each here.

The list is useful, but the real edge is picking a few channels that compound with your ICP instead of treating distribution as a long checklist.

  2. 2

I love IbexAI’s approach of only focusing on the 3 most valuable LinkedIn intent signals instead of overloading users with useless data because most lead gen tools waste time on low-quality prospects. Curious how you balance real-time LinkedIn monitoring with avoiding platform rate limits and account safety restrictions?

We don't use our customers' accounts at all. So there is no risk of restrictions or bans.

Legitimate Crypto/Bitcoin Recovery Firm in 2026 : Visit ZEUS CRYPTO RECOVERY SERVICES

Being a victim of a cryptocurrency scam in March 2026 can be

devastating. Whether the loss resulted from a phishing attack, a fraudulent investment platform, impersonation fraud, address poisoning, or a sophisticated rug pull, victims are often left feeling powerless once their digital assets disappear across the blockchain. Because crypto transactions are irreversible and scammers use advanced laundering methods to conceal their movements, recovering stolen funds can seem impossible. However, professional blockchain investigation services can still uncover critical transaction trails. Zeus Crypto Recovery Services specializes in helping scam victims trace stolen cryptocurrency transactions, transforming complex blockchain activity into clear, actionable evidence that may support recovery efforts.

Zeus Crypto Recovery Services is a professional blockchain forensics and digital fraud investigation company with decades of experience in cyber investigations. Long before cryptocurrency became mainstream, the team developed deep expertise in tracking digital financial trails, a foundation that now supports their advanced crypto scam investigations. Their mission is straightforward: help victims follow the movement of stolen funds. Through advanced attribution methods and blockchain analytics, Zeus Crypto Recovery Services uncovers transaction paths that standard blockchain explorers often fail to detect, giving clients a clearer understanding of where their assets were transferred after leaving their wallets.

The process begins with a secure and confidential consultation. Clients provide important case details such as transaction hashes (TXIDs), wallet addresses involved, screenshots, emails, chat conversations, dates, and any additional evidence connected to the scam. Zeus Crypto Recovery Services never requests private keys, seed phrases, or account passwords, ensuring client security and privacy remain protected throughout the investigation.

After reviewing and accepting a case, the investigation team begins detailed blockchain tracing. Analysts build comprehensive transaction maps using forensic tools, behavioral analytics, and proprietary tracking systems. They identify wallet clusters potentially controlled by the same scam operators by examining transaction timing, recurring patterns, co-spending behavior, change address reuse, and interactions with exchanges or decentralized platforms. Since scammers often split funds across multiple wallets, bridge assets across chains, or use mixers and tumbling services to obscure activity, this clustering process is essential for rebuilding the movement trail.

Zeus Crypto Recovery Services is experienced in tracing highly complex laundering techniques commonly used in 2026, including cross-chain transfers, decentralized exchange swaps, layer-2 privacy protocols, automated tumbling systems, and rapid transaction hops designed to break visibility. While ordinary blockchain tools often lose track after a few transactions, Zeus Crypto Recovery Services applies multi-layer forensic analysis to reconnect fragmented transaction paths and identify likely destination points, including centralized exchanges operating under KYC compliance requirements.

Clients receive a detailed forensic report outlining the complete transaction investigation. The report typically includes:

    * A comprehensive map showing the flow of funds from the victim’s wallet

    * Wallet clusters and confidence assessments linking addresses to likely entities

    * Identification of laundering strategies used by scammers

    * Potential intervention opportunities, including exchanges where funds may still be located

    * A realistic evaluation of possible recovery options based on transaction timing and current asset location

When investigations reveal that stolen funds have reached regulated centralized exchanges, Zeus Crypto Recovery Services assists clients in preparing evidence packages and freeze request documentation for exchange compliance departments. In some cases, timely reporting has enabled exchanges to temporarily freeze suspicious assets before scammers could fully withdraw or move them again. The firm also guides victims on reporting incidents to cybercrime agencies, regulators, and law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Transparency and professionalism are central to the company’s approach. Zeus Crypto Recovery Services carefully reviews each case before proceeding and clearly explains that cryptocurrency recovery is never guaranteed due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and the speed at which scammers operate. The company avoids unrealistic promises, misleading guarantees, and high-pressure sales tactics. Clients frequently praise the firm for its technical expertise, consistent communication, clear explanations, and supportive handling of stressful fraud situations.

In addition to transaction tracing, Zeus Crypto Recovery Services helps educate victims about how scams operate. Their investigators explain the tactics used in each case, whether involving fake support representatives, malicious smart contracts, phishing websites, browser extension malware, or clipboard hijacking attacks. They also provide practical recommendations for improving future security, including the use of hardware wallets, multi-factor authentication, secure seed phrase storage, and careful wallet verification before transactions are approved.

For individuals seeking professional cryptocurrency scam investigation and blockchain tracing services, Zeus Crypto Recovery Services offers a confidential starting point for understanding where stolen assets were moved and what recovery options may still exist. Their investigative process focuses on clarity, evidence-based analysis, and realistic guidance during what is often an extremely difficult experience for victims.

In conclusion, falling victim to a crypto scam can be emotionally and financially overwhelming, but tracing the movement of stolen assets is often the first meaningful step toward possible recovery and closure. Zeus Crypto Recovery Services provides advanced blockchain forensic analysis designed to uncover hidden transaction paths, identify laundering activity, and support victims with credible investigative evidence and practical next steps. While every case is different and outcomes vary, their structured methodology, ethical standards, and victim-focused approach offer valuable support in navigating cryptocurrency fraud challenges in 2026.

The acquirecom tip is the one I keep coming back to.

Listing as 'open to offers' even when you're not selling — the signaling effect alone (that you have something worth acquiring) probably changes how some visitors perceive the product. Hadn't thought about it that way before.

The 4-8 weeks honesty check is also underrated. Most founders abandon channels at week 2 and conclude "it doesn't work" when they just didn't give it enough runway.

For anyone building in a tight niche (I'm early-stage, building for aesthetic clinics specifically): the niche directories and 50-person meetup sponsorships feel disproportionately high-ROI when your TAM is small enough that you can actually know where your customers congregate. Broad channels are noise when your ICP is that specific.

Saving this list. Thanks for putting it together.

  5. 1

    Saved this, thank you.

One thing I'd add under product-led: privacy as a viral loop. I'm building docreplacer.online — AI doc generator where your real data never reaches the model (placeholders fill client-side). That one architectural decision became my biggest talking point, zero extra marketing needed.

Sometimes the "how you built it" is the distribution.

  6. 1

    This is really solid 👌
If you had to pick just 1–2 of these for early traction, what would you go with?

    1. 1

      1) Warm intros
      2) Cold outreach on LinkedIn (with intent signals)

  7. 1

The list is very useful, but while focusing on SEO, there's a type of GEO that prople ignore which is the AI SEO or AEO... I think that is also very important.

  8. 1

This is gold. The '4-8 weeks before you can tell' note is the most important part — most people give up after 2 weeks and think the channel is broken.*

Quick question — for a solo founder with limited time, which 3 channels would you pick FIRST for a B2C product (helping aspiring founders find business ideas)?

Also, the 'physical mail to 50 dream customers' — has anyone actually done this successfully for software? Curious about response rates.

I'm building Bexra — mindset a quiz that helps founders find the right business for their. Distribution is my biggest bottleneck right now. This list is going in my bookmarks. Thanks for sharing.

My new project Emusic Tools, search it on Google if you want

This is probably the hardest part of building right now — not the product itself, but distribution.

One thing I’ve started realizing is that a lot of traffic advice sounds good in theory but only works once some initial momentum already exists. For completely new products, even getting the first few real users can feel disproportionately difficult.

Curious — out of the 70 methods, which ones actually worked for products starting from near-zero audience and no existing network?

  11. 1

Still SEO dominates when it comes to getting tons of traffic to websites.... requires aligning with Google guidelines.... patience and best quality content...

  12. 1

Interesting idea — especially the positioning angle. I’m testing a founder feedback tool called DealDoctor that analyzes startup blind spots and messaging. Would be interesting to run IbexAI through it.

  13. 1

That's a very helpful list! I'm gonna test that on my Website 🙌

    Thank you!

This is a great reminder that distribution is not just “post everywhere.”

The hard part is matching the channel to the stage of the product.

I’m in early beta right now, and it’s tempting to try every directory, launchpad, subreddit, X thread, and LinkedIn post at once. But that creates motion without much signal.

The channels that seem most useful early are the ones where intent is already visible:

    • people complaining about the exact problem

    • niche communities with practitioners

    • replies under relevant conversations

    • directories after the positioning is clear enough to convert

The “when it makes sense / when it doesn’t” framing is probably the most valuable part of this list.

Traffic is easy to chase. Qualified attention is the hard part.

After months and months of working in different projects, I finally manage to come through on this last one. Only to discover that actually, the hardest part is the outreach not the development haha. What a blessing to come across this post! Thanks for the list

I still can’t believe this is real, but I actually won the lottery jackpot! It feels like a dream come true. For years, I would occasionally play without expecting much, just hoping that one day luck would finally be on my side—and it finally happened when I came across a testimony on how Dr Benjamin the great spell caster had helped alot of people win, so I reached out to him, he told me what to do and I followed his instructions, after 48 hours he gave some numbers to play, I did played the numbers as instructed.

The moment I checked my numbers and realized they all matched, my heart started racing. I had to double-check multiple times because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Winning the Powerball jackpot of $107,000,000,00. This has completely changed my life. It’s given me financial freedom, peace of mind, and the opportunity to support my family and invest in my future. Here are his contact information.
