Most founders overthink outreach.
Here’s what actually works for us at panze.co
It’s not like this:
What I do instead is simple:
Then I ask a low-pressure question.
Something they can answer with a yes or no.
Example:
“Are you okay if we start with the userflow design? It helps you see how the app will actually work.”
After that, I move to a discovery call.
No pitch. To understand what problem they’re stuck with.
This works because most outreach is still:
VALUE
VALUE
VALUE
No push.
No pressure.
Just help first.
If you’re doing client outreach, try this once. It feels better and it works.
If you need the DM strategy send me a message on "linkedin" and I will send you the framework.

Thanks for sharing the exact breakdown super practical. 🙌
Love this. The “lead with value + low‑pressure yes/no” is exactly what’s been working for us, too. Quick audit → binary question → discovery call = way fewer flakes and way better fits.
Curious: what’s your go‑to “small research point” for SaaS vs consumer apps?
