I created an open source Jekyll knowledge base theme

I've tried a number of help desk and knowledge base solutions over the past few months, and didn't end up sticking with any of them. They were either painful to use, too expensive, or just looked...bad for my users.

So over the weekend I created a custom Jekyll knowledge base theme. Its simple, but gets the job done, and best of all it can be hosted on GitHub pages for free!

I also decided to open source it, so anyone can use it to setup a knowledge base for their product or company. Still need to do some documentation around it, but it works, and most of it can be edited from a single config file. Not no-code, but definitely low code!

Nice work @TeaGuns – I've added this to my to-do list to add to my Jekyll Themes directory!

Great work! Would love to see someone make a version for Hugo as well.

A simple and elegant solution. We're also using it at Commsor as well! https://support.commsor.com/
