Hey everyone!
I created an open-source alternative to Wordpress using Next.js, Tailwind, and more.
What do you think?

The best thing about WordPress is that it is super easy to install and setup. I know how to use npm, but not on a server.
Also, for a cms editing the content is essential. Your website does not show anything about how the interface and experience will be.

Hey Hannes,
Thank you for your comments and feedback!
We are aiming for a developer experience that doesn't require a big bloated backend, and is simple and cheap to use.
We are actively developing an open-source content editor user interface. You can see our RFC discussion and progress on GitHub.
You can see a real screenshot from off my development box here: https://github.com/orgs/elegantframework/discussions/49#discussioncomment-6163641
We are really excited about the feedback and interest regarding the editor panel, and I'd appreciate to hear more of your thoughts.
This looks awesome! I’ve been thinking a lot about this problem, too—how WordPress alternatives either feel too bloated or too technical. I’m working on something similar but with a different approach: a no-code, static site builder that keeps the simplicity of page builders but generates fast, maintenance-free static sites. Curious—what made you choose React for your approach? Also, do you think most users still expect a CMS-like experience, or are they open to more static-first solutions?
What do you think? Would you be interested in trying it out?
