It all started when I was searching for some good newsletters to read.
Honestly, there was no place where I could find them.
Google search results were scattered. Results were highly SEO-driven, rather than review-driven.
I believe, 90% of the great newsletters are pure knowledge and least SEO tactics.
And only a few people know about them. Those who know, they know.
Do you see a problem here?
While newsletters are the most democratic source of knowledge from real practitioners, but still, remain hidden from genuine seekers.
This problem leads me to create the world's first newsletter directory.
The idea is pretty simple. Newsletter authors can list their newsletters on FocusFyre.com
Readers can subscribe to them, from the website itself. They will be able to see the reviews, categories, and ratings.
Search functionality by topic, author or category can be added, depending on the user's demand.
But the motive remains the same: The best reads shouldn't be hard to find.
Is it different from substack? I think they also have this functionality of subscribing, discovering nee author newsletters, but only caveat being the newsletter is hosted on their platform.
FocusFyre is not just limited to any one platform. It is a unified platform, where anyone can list their newsletter, irrespective of where it is hosted (substack, beehiiv, or personal domain).
In future, many more features (Searching, Sorting and Analytics) will be added.
Some ideas require an enterprising mind like yours. All the best for this new project. It's inspiring to see it all come together!
Thank you, @Germerlo. Please let us know your thoughts on FocusFyre and how you believe it will assist you.

Improving UI will be a progressive task for me. Will continue improving them for a better experience.
