I did 400 cold outreach across (X, Indie Hackers, Discord and others). Here are the reply rates across channels.

X (reply to a post) - count: 219, reply rate: 15.07%
X DM - count: 35, reply rate: 42.86%
Indie Hackers - count: 48, reply rate: 29.17%
Product Hunt - count 20, reply rate: 5%
Discord - count: 53, reply rate: 35.85%

Low volume channels:
Launch Panda - count: 10, reply rate: 0%
Reddit - count: 6, reply rate: 0%
Peerlist - count: 5, reply rate: 60%
Fazier - count: 5, reply rate: 0%

Discord and Indie Hackers have solid reply rates with genuine reach outs. X DM is great as well but has been time consuming to find leads with open DM inbox. Initial Peerlist result is promising.
