Hey Indie Hackers 👋
I’m Julien, building Linkeme, a SaaS that automates social media posts for founders and small businesses.
A few months ago, I was deep into the classic founder loop:
“We should add X. Maybe we need Y. Wait, users asked for Z too…”
But then I looked at my best users.
The ones who stuck.
The ones who converted.
The ones who told their friends.
They had one thing in common:
They barely did anything.
They:
Set their tone once
Validated a post or two
Let Linkeme run quietly in the background
No template tweaks.
No color changes.
No AI prompt crafting.
Just results.
That’s when I stopped chasing features and started chasing something else:
Minimum effort → maximum value
Now when I look at roadmap ideas, I don’t ask:
“Is this cool?”
I ask:
“Does this reduce the number of clicks before success?”
From: “Users need options”
To: “Users need relief”
Who else is building for users who want to do less — not more?
And how do you measure success when “daily active users” might actually mean you failed?
Let’s trade notes on quiet products, invisible UX, and designing for peace of mind.
