I failed at selling "AI Prompts." So I pivoted to "Boring Operations." Roast my new product?

Hey Hackers,

Last year, I jumped on the AI bandwagon. I built a Gumroad page selling prompt packs.

The result? Crickets. It turns out nobody pays for prompts when they can just ask ChatGPT themselves.

I realized I was selling "ingredients" when people wanted a "cooked meal."

So yesterday, I pivoted. I looked at what was actually painful in my own life: Admin.

I hate chasing invoices and tracking sponsorship deals. So I spent 4 hours building a "Sponsorship OS" in Notion that automates the tracking with formulas (it turns red when an invoice is overdue).

I just launched the MVP for $29.

I would love your brutal feedback:

Does the value proposition make sense?

Is the landing page clear?

Thanks for the roast!

"Update: I took the feedback seriously.
I realized just selling a 'Notion Template' was too basic. The real pain isn't organization; it's finding who to pitch.
So I just spent the last 6 hours manually building a database of active 2026 sponsors (AG1, Bilt, etc.) with their direct marketing emails. Added it to the product for free for early buyers.
Pivot lesson: Sell the data, not just the container."
