I finally launched something. It’s not perfect, but it works.

Like a lot of us, I’ve started dozens of projects and seen most of them die in my Figma folder or Zapier test runs. This time, I forced myself to go tiny and finish.

So I built https://postcardlove.com — a simple way to send real postcards using a photo from your phone. $3.99 to print and ship, completely powered by no code tool.

It’s slow in places. The flow could be tighter. But it’s real, and people can actually use it today. That feels like a win.

Why postcards? Honestly, I’m playing with a bigger idea around physical mail and automation. But I’ve learned (the hard way) that launching a cute, standalone slice is way better than overthinking for 6 months and launching nothing.

Now I’m in the “oh crap, how do I get users” phase.

If anyone’s done something similar, I’d love to hear:
– How’d you get your first 100 real users?
– What’s worked for you to build trust on a one-page site?
– Should I add accounts? Track past sends? Or just leave it dead simple?
