I finally stopped overthinking long enough to ship something real

Just turned 17 and finally started shipping.

I’ve been around code forever but for some reason it always felt like I couldn’t really get it. I’d watch others build stuff while I stayed stuck in the planning zone. This week I finally got tired of waiting and just launched something.

I’m building an ad generator for small brands that uses AI + psychology. It spits out both the copy and visuals fully built creatives, fast.

I have zero code experience, so I hacked together a working version using OpenAI, Zapier, and Tally. One of my first users actually submitted feedback and re-submitted and I even got invited to a beta group by a founder who liked the way I let users control the tone of the ads.

Would love to hear if any of you have been through a similar mindset shift from hesitation and doubt to execution and momentum.

Also open to feedback, or advice if you’ve ever launched without knowing how to code.
