Hello IndieHackers. I recently finished writing the bulk of my book called How to Hire and Manage Remote Teams. I've been managing remote teams for the past 10 years and here I collected everything I taught managers during the pandemic to deal with being remote.

Do you have a book on finding a remote job? I mean I already tried a few remote websites but, they didn't work for me!
I think a lot of the advice on how to land a job also applies to remote work. Have you read "Land the Tech Job You Love"? I didn't write it, of course.

One thing that is very important for remote work is to speak very fluently the language used by the company, which most of the times is English.
All of that is very generic though. Do you know why they are rejecting you?
