I found €1,092/year in subscriptions I forgot about. So I built a tracker.

Last year I sat down to actually count what I spend on subscriptions.

I thought it was maybe €200/year. Reasonable. Under control.

It was €1,092.

€340 of that was apps I hadn't opened in over 6 months. A PDF scanner I used once. An invoicing tool I switched away from. Two cloud storage services running at the same time. A meditation app I paid for while having daily stress about money.

I looked at the App Store for a solution. Every subscription tracker I found charged a monthly subscription. To track subscriptions. I couldn't take it seriously.

So I spent a few weekends and built Subs.Watch.

---

What it does:

→ One dashboard for all your subscriptions

→ Payment calendar — see what hits your card this week

→ 3-day advance alerts before any charge

→ Multi-currency (30+ currencies)

→ Separate work and personal views

→ Free tier with no credit card required

The homepage has a calculator that estimates your yearly loss on forgotten subscriptions. No signup needed to see your number. I built it because I wish I had seen that number earlier.

---

Where I am right now:

- Web app is live at subs.watch

- iOS app shipped

- Android is next

- Building solo, bootstrapped

Would love feedback from this community - especially on what features actually matter for people who take personal finance seriously.

What's the most expensive subscription you forgot you were paying for?
