I found an unserved niche within AI?
Hi everyone, I’ve been tinkering with AI for a while and saw a bunch of tries within different niches, and it seems that the memes/humor niche is unserved — there are simply no cool products doing something meaningful.
I’ve seen people try to make AI generate memes (like supermeme.ai) and to be honest for me it sucked.
What I thought could work is to get AI to filter the memes for the people and add a bit of conscious consumption. Essentially serve people with memes they personally would enjoy and don’t turn it into a doomscrolling feed type of mess.
I’ve launched a PoC as a Telegram bot, called Lolla and so far feedback has been good, and retention is actually decent.
I haven’t seen a lot of direct competition, especially with AI, just stuff like TikTok, Instagram, and the old meme-specific guys like 9GAG, Imgflip etc.
Wondering If anyone’s building anything within humor and AI too or it’s indeed an unserved niche.
Just tried out Lolla. It would be better if you add some instructions and how to ask memes to the Bot and more over the memes were not relevant and catchy.

I'm working on an education AI app and have clients that are pretty into AI
At least on my end I can't remember seeing any truly good meme-niche AI especially not with the feature(s) you mentioned.
However I have seen quite a few AI focused on humor. Usually they take a character/person from popular media and have you interact with an AI version.

You have an amazing AI idea! I would love to know what you used to build your waiting list landing page, did you code it or did you use no-code tools? If its no-code, what no-code app did you use? I'm relatively new to the technology space so there is a lot I don't know.
Thank you! I used https://earlybird.im/ but quick note I've had better conversions using carrd for other projects (from a waitlist perspective).
I think earlybird may have opportunity to do better than carrd once we focus more on the product but for an "idea" level landing page carrd will still be my go to going forward
The main reason I'm using earlybird is because for a relatively low price they come with a bunch of features I'd need to combine multiple apps to get a similar setup.
