I found the code of an old project - How do I monetize it effectively?

I recently found a piece of software I developed a while ago, I never actually used it, but it fits neatly into the "SAAS Tools for Entrepeneurs" category, and would certainly do well on platforms like AppSumo. (It's a design tool, which uses AI to generate social media ads)
Due to other project I'm currently really busy, so I want to monetize the software as a side project. My goal is to do this in a very time efficient manner, I intent to invest 5.000 Euros, to set the whole operation up.
Here is my current plan:

Pay someone on Fiverr to create a compelling brand identity and landing page
Setup Social Media accounts
Setup affiliate program, with a very generous compensation
Contact various blogs owners / "influencers" / people with a newsletter or platform in general, and offer them the ability to participate in the affiliate program (in the beginning I will offer a discount to the product, to get early sales)
Once I have some early traction, I will launch the product on PH and after that on AppSumo.
After the rush to the product has leveled off, I will set a reasonable price, and rely on the affiliate program or ads to get customers
Does this sound like a good plan to you? Which aspects of this process can I outsource? Or is there some way to just hire someone to take care of the whole marketing thing?

Looking forward to your suggestions.

    Good luck!

My "basement" is full of this type of unfinished projects or pieces of code made just for fun.

    "Someday".

    Sounds like a good plan.
