Since 2023 I've been running a B2C software business selling subscription based products. Shopify Payments was my processor. Chargebacks started coming in, I disputed all of them, lost all of them, and eventually got blocked by Shopify Payments because of it.
So I moved to Stripe. Same thing happened. Banned again.
The problem was simple. The bank wanted proof customers actually used my product. I had nothing to show them. No logs, no timestamps, nothing.
Every tool I found was about preventing chargebacks. Nobody built anything for actually winning them once filed. So I built Revano.
If you've been through something similar drop a comment, would love to hear how you dealt with it.
