I got time, money & dev skills. What should I do?

Dear fellow indiehackers,

after 3 years I decided to write my first post. Well, not a post, but a question. Agreed, it is kind of the question that indiehackers is all about, but I though ask it again. My specific situation is decribed in the title. Unfortunaltely i do not have any "unfair" advantages like special insights into an industy where people are underserved and can be the first one to build a perfect SaaS to fit their needs. I have biuld 3 SaaS projekts in the past but none has found a paying customer, so I shut them down. My feeling is most niches are being serves served already, which is wrong, I know, since I have this same feeling since I started caring about mirco-SaaS four years ago. I the meantime, obviously, many great SaaS have been created and scaled and sold.

So, should I give it another shot? How should I go about finding an idea? Sholud I rather buy a Saas? Where? Or should I rather call it a day and find a preoccupation outside of the indiehackers/saas/solopreneur world?
