Hey everyone,
As an agency founder, I realized I was wasting dozens of hours setting up the exact same generic Next.js boilerplates for every new client project. There were plenty of static templates out there, but none of them had the actual backend functionality that small businesses need out-of-the-box.
So, I built LaunchSpeed.
It's a Next.js 14 App Router template, but the twist is that it comes with a fully secure Admin Dashboard and a Mini-CRM built right into it.
Instead of clients paying for expensive CRM subscriptions, their website contact forms route directly to an onboard "Leads Inbox" backed by blazing-fast Redis caching. It also features a dynamic theme engine where you can upload a logo and it auto-extracts the brand colors.
I just launched it today for a one-time purchase of $39, and it's completely unlimited for personal or commercial projects.
Check out the live demo here: https://launchspeed.techshekhada.com/ Grab it on Gumroad here: https://techshekhada.gumroad.com/l/launchspeed
I'd love to hear your feedback on the UI or the feature set! Happy to answer any technical questions about how I hooked up the Next.js edge caching with Redis.
Congrats on the launch!
Did you perform any external security testing before releasing it?
This is a useful product, but I’d be careful not to position it as just another Next.js boilerplate.
The stronger angle is that it helps freelancers and small agencies ship client sites faster without rebuilding the same admin, lead inbox, CRM basics, and branding setup every time.
That buyer probably does not care first about Redis or edge caching. They care about saving setup time, looking more professional to clients, and not stitching together 5 tools before the project even starts.
So the landing page promise might be closer to:
“Launch client websites with admin, leads, and CRM basics already built in.”
That feels more sellable than “Next.js template with Mini-CRM.”
I’d also target freelancers and small studios first, not generic developers. They already feel the pain every time a client asks for contact forms, lead tracking, basic admin, and branding.
Happy to put a tighter version in writing if useful. I’d map the positioning, first buyer segment, Gumroad sales angle, and a simple 7-day plan to get the first buyers.
