Running a small digital business gets messy faster than it should.
Stripe shows one part;
RevenueCat shows another;
tasks live somewhere else;
project notes are scattered;
domains and renewals are easy to forget;
manual expenses never quite fit into the same picture.
qdBox is my attempt to turn that into one cockpit.
It brings revenue signals, subscriptions, projects, tasks, domains, manual income/expenses, and operational notes into one workspace for founders, app makers, and digital entrepreneurs.
Not an enterprise BI tool;
not another giant project management system.
Just one place to see what is earning, what needs attention, and what to work on next.
What stood out to me wasn't the dashboard itself.
It was that qdBox is bringing together several different jobs that founders currently solve with separate tools.
I'd be interested to see which of those jobs users end up adopting it around first, because that answer can sometimes be more important than the feature set itself.
