I Got Tired of Losing Half My Crowd at Login So I Fixed It

I organize large group events and have for years. I kept watching the same thing happen at every one. Half the crowd stuck at a login screen while the other half was already playing. Downloads, sign-ups, email verification -- all just to play a scavenger hunt.

So I built ClueRally. Browser-based, no app, no sign-up, no email required. Scan a QR code and you are in.

In March I ran a 75-person scavenger hunt at Baldwin Park in Orlando. The platform held up, everyone was playing within seconds, and I validated everything I built it for.

$75 per hunt, unlimited players. Already have customers in the US and internationally.

Solo founder, event organizer, no team, no funding, built it in 90 days.

If you run corporate events, team building, or hospitality and group engagement is a nightmare -- ClueRally is worth a look.

You're on the right topic Paul! 75 guests, good chances to have trouble connecting, have a lot of the wrong kinds of phones and no problems! Every corporate planner has experienced this nightmare.

Here is something you need to change: you said "stop losing people before they get to your event" and immediately went to highlight your features rather than providing some form of confirmation to the planner, that knows from the first time they did a corporate off-site event gone wrong. You can instantly feel the pressure; however, once it is pressure it goes away.

They are not looking for your features. They want to know that they are not going to stand in front of a crowd of 60 people, only to have someone with an iPhone have problems with connecting to the App Store. It is going to cost them credibility with their manager. They are purchasing protection against that moment.

They have experienced loss AND your page was not able to confirm to them that it is worth it to spend $75 on using your service for the event.

I look at the gap between "the visitor understands the product" and "the visitor understands how much they are losing by not utilizing your product" — you may want to contact me if you would like me to analyze this for you — gauravgo[.]framer[.]website
