I got tired of making tiny website edits myself, so I let AI take over completely

Every small business owner knows this cycle: you launch a site, and then every "quick fix" becomes a chore. Change a price, swap a photo, fix a typo — small stuff, but it eats time, or you're paying a developer $50 for a 2-minute edit.

So I built a way to hand this off to AI entirely. You send a message on Telegram — "update the price to $49," "add this photo," "fix this section" — attach a screenshot if it's easier than explaining. The AI reads the actual site files and makes the change.

Not a single line of code in this was written by a human, and there are no templates — the AI builds and edits everything from scratch. I expected to babysit it. I don't.

The part I was most nervous about was safety: what if the AI breaks the live site? So every change lands on a separate dev version first. I see exactly what changed before it touches production — nothing goes live without my OK.

There's also a free sandbox if anyone wants to poke at it without signing up: autosite.dittu.org

Curious if others deal with the same "small edit, big hassle" problem on their own sites — happy to answer questions about how it's built.
