I kept running into the same annoying problem every week.
Work calendar on Outlook.
Personal stuff on Google Calendar.
Freelance calls somewhere else.
And somehow… I was still getting double booked.
I tried a few tools, but either they were too complicated or didn’t really fix the core issue.
So I started building something for myself — now called CalSyncX
https://calsyncx.com/
Nothing fancy. Just something that:
syncs calendars properly
avoids conflicts
and helps me pick better time slots without overthinking
Lately I’ve been adding small improvements like smarter scheduling suggestions and a cleaner way to manage everything in one place.
Also decided to put it out there and see if it helps others too:
Launched on Product Hunt
Listed on ProductCool
Still early. Still rough in some places.
If you’ve ever dealt with calendar mess like this, I’d genuinely like to know — how are you handling it right now?
Always open to feedback 🙏

This gets so much worse once you're juggling more than one business — work calendar, client calls, personal stuff, plus whatever tools each business runs on. I'm the founder of FounderFlow, built for founders running multiple businesses at once, and calendar fragmentation is one of the first things people bring up when they talk about decision fatigue. Curious if you're seeing more solo builders sign up, or people juggling multiple gigs/businesses at once?
