I got tired of paying for 6 Shopify tools that didn't talk to each other. So I built one.

Six months ago I was helping a Shopify merchant debug a conversion drop.

They were paying for:

  • Hotjar (replays)

  • Semrush (SEO)

  • Canva + a freelancer (product photos)

  • A separate video tool (reels)

  • Google Analytics (attribution)

  • A dev on retainer (to push fixes)

The drop? A broken size selector on iPhone. Ten minutes inside a replay would've caught it. Instead they spent six weeks blaming their checkout provider.

That's when I knew the tooling was broken — not the store.

So I built Nimora.

One Shopify-native workspace that connects the dots most merchants are manually stitching:

  • Session replays + heatmaps → see exactly where buyers stall

  • SEO audit + bulk fix queue → flag 67 missing alt texts, fix them in one click

  • AI photo + video maker → generate a 9:16 product reel in ~90 seconds, tied to your live catalog SKU

  • Publish path → approve and push everything back to Shopify without re-uploading manually

No separate stack. No developer needed.

Early numbers (still early, but real):

  • $2.1M+ revenue recovered across active stores

  • Median time to first insight: 40 minutes post-install

  • 4.9/5 on the Shopify App Store

  • 2,400+ active stores

One merchant fixed 312 missing meta titles in an afternoon. Organic traffic up 40%. Another saved $3K/month on photographer retainers.

How I'm thinking about distribution:

  • Free plan with 50 credits/month (no credit card to install)

  • Upgrade tiers from $29.99 to $99.99 billed through Shopify's native billing — so merchants already trust the checkout

  • Targeting Shopify growth teams who are already spending money but losing it to tool fragmentation

The hardest part isn't the product. It's convincing merchants to consolidate. So I'm going super high on free-tier value — let them find one real insight first, then convert.

If you're a Shopify merchant, founder, or growth person — I'd love your feedback.

What would make you actually switch away from your current stack? And what would make you trust a new tool enough to install it on a live store?

Happy to share what's worked (and what hasn't) in the comments.
