Solo residential cleaners keep doing the same thing I kept doing: look at a 3-bed / 2-bath, pick a number, then realize drive time ate the hourly.
I built Quote This House. Google Sheets / Excel. You type beds, baths, sqft, drive, add-ons. It will not send a price below your hourly floor. There's a Client Quote page the homeowner can get that hides your rate and your minutes. SAMPLE 3/2 is already in the file.
$27 one-time. Not a CRM. Not a booking app. Not a "platform."

I'm at first-sale, not a revenue screenshot. If you sell tools to trades: would you price this as a one-time sheet, or does that kill the "I can just make a tab in 20 minutes" objection?
The “I can make this in 20 minutes” objection is the real test.
Have any cleaners compared it to their own spreadsheet yet?
