I Got Tired of Rewriting the Same Cold Email Over and Over

A few months ago, I found myself doing the same thing repeatedly:

Writing cold emails.
Tweaking a few words.
Creating another version.
Then another.

The process was slow, repetitive, and never produced enough variations to test properly.

So instead of looking for another tool, I started building one.

That project became FlowSpinAI.

The idea was simple: generate massive numbers of outreach variations while keeping messages natural and usable.

What started as a small side project has now grown into a full SaaS product that I'm continuing to improve every week.

Still early.
Still learning.
Still making mistakes.

But shipping products has taught me far more than endlessly consuming startup content ever did.
