Hey Indie Hackers,
I'm a frontend developer working full-time by day and building AI tools by night. For the past few months, I've been shipping single-purpose tools — an image-to-video converter, an AI image checker, and a few others.
Each tool worked fine on its own. But I kept hearing the same thing from users: "I love this, but now I need to open 3 other tabs to finish my project."
So I built Froging AI.
Right now it handles two core workflows:
🎬 Image-to-Video — upload an image and turn it into a stunning video in minutes
🎥 Text-to-Video — describe what you want and generate a video directly from your prompt
No more jumping between Veo, Runway, and whatever else. One account, one dashboard, one workflow.
Image generation and AI image detection are on the roadmap and coming soon.
Tech stack: Next.js + Supabase + Vercel, with video models from Replicate, Minimax, and Gemini.
Current status: Just launched. Pre-revenue. Bootstrapped. Solo founder.
I'd love for you to try it and tell me what's broken, what's confusing, or what you'd actually pay for.
Also happy to answer any questions about the stack, the models, or the side-project grind.
The workflow angle is probably stronger than the individual models. Most creators don't want another generator — they want to finish the video without stitching together five different tools.
The challenge will be finding the specific type of creator where that convenience is valuable enough to switch.
