I got tired of switching between Excel files and different tools just to track simple things.

So I built Pagense.

Instead of forcing you into fixed software, Pagense lets you describe what you want:

💳 “Track my credit card payments and loans”
📅 “Manage customer appointments”
📦 “Handle inventory and orders”
👥 “Keep track of customer records and interactions”

Pagense then helps you create your own data system — with custom pages, fields, and workflows.

You can:
✅ Build custom pages for your needs
✅ Create automations & workflows
✅ Transfer data between pages
✅ View stats and reports

It’s not a tool for one industry.
It’s a system to build your own system.

Landing page looks clean to me. What differentiates Pagense from Notion?

PageSense is a spreadsheet-based software largely inspired by Excel; it avoids complex links and transitions. For ease of use, it features fast button systems, workflows, and easy mobile usability.

One thing I'd be careful with:

The challenge may not be whether people want to build their own system.

The harder decision is what needs to feel predefined versus customizable before someone trusts it enough to adopt.

That can quietly shape who the product resonates with and how it gets evaluated.

Absolutely, but it was a project I strongly believed in because the problem starts here: when people want to track even the smallest things, they either use Excel or look for custom software. With PageSense, I can track even the simplest things.

        Possibly.

The reason I'd still be careful is that solving a real problem doesn't automatically make the next product decision obvious.

That's one of those things that can feel clear early on and look very different once real adoption starts happening.

I wouldn't try to unpack that properly in a thread, but if you're curious, feel free to drop your email and I'll send over the tighter version.
