I have 54 Beta Subscribers, now what do I do? 🤔

Here a brief on my new side project called Hustlejet, after 5 days of landing page sharing and customer developmet.

📊 Some stats

• 377 unique visitors on the landing page in 3 days, after launching on Betalist, some private slack communites of salespeople, marketers and growth hacker;
• 54 beta subscriptions (14% of unique visitors)
• 16 super seeds joined my private Slack group dedicated to Hustlejet (30% of beta subscriptions)
• 5 super seeds conversations (30% of super seeds)
• 5 other valuable conversations on twitter and LinkedIn (see attached feedback screenshots)
• A survey by email aimed to spot the best/killer feature ended up 50/50 between the features

🤔I like the idea and the market, but no positive gut feeling
However, even if feedback are 95% positive and a few early adopters are enthusiastic, I have not discovered that killer need or pain point that would make people say “Build it and take my money, now!“. I think that this is the trigger that I’m looking for that would stimulate my gut feeling till the point I decide to build it and launch it. So I guess I’m simply not there yet.

🐎 My 2 potential next moves

1. Launch the Beta on Product Hunt. If from Betalist I got almost 75% of the traffic and I estimate 35 beta subscriptions… based on my past experiences on Product Hunt I’ll expect to get at least 100 beta subscriptions). That means a lot of people and cool conversations.

2. Pivoting Hustlejet to another pain point before launching the beta on Product Hunt (see below some ideas based on customer development and my personal pain points)

🌀PIVOTING 1
Lack of social accountability in current CRMs solution → Hustlejet with social board where you stay motivated by sharing wins/results and sales tasks you’ve done with other salespeople. Essentially Makerlog for Salespeople + simple CRM solution.

🌀PIVOTING 2
Leads qualification takes time → AI-Based leads qualifier that can run on a list of leads or on a lead's website, that simply tell if the lead is “in target”, so you can maximise the chance to convert leads into customers by reaching out only “great” leads.
