I have a new wordpress plugin ready. Need alpha testers... how do i go about it ?

I am new to plugins and not released a plugin before. Hence guide me
I have a wordpress plugin for Project Management System.
How do i get alpha or beta testers to check on the software... But i do not have any budget...
