I have ADHD and am looking for routines any one has established for any and all aspects of your life. These are incredibly helpful to me.

I need routines from anyone who has established them. I must use routines daily, thank you to all!

Write down every idea you get immediately in a pocket book that you carry. At the end of each week cross out the "bad ones". After a month a general theme will star to develop around your most promising idea.

I am doing this every day! I feel so freed up and have lots I want to do now! It is quite self-motivating!!!
Appreciate your sharing your idea with me.
      Thank you!

In terms of managing work with ADHD:

Personally I find it hard to stay on track when I'm in an environment where I'm completely comfortable and uninhibited (e.g. bedroom). I can focus more if I'm in a place where I feel "compelled" to do what I'm supposed to be doing, such as coffee shops and co-working spaces (provided I'm alone; if with friends or around people who try to talk to me, I become pressured to socialize rather than be productive).

Running a time tracking tool like Toggl as I do work also helps a lot.

I've been practicing mindfulness and doing deep meditation (~45 minutes per session) for over a year now, and it has changed my life in more ways than medication/supplements ever could.

I rely a lot on lists, spreadsheets, sticky notes and calendars. A large aspect of my personal life lives in them. Writing things down helps me to feel in control.

Been doing adult coloring to get focused - a form of mindfulness. However, your expression on the critical help you have received from meditation caught my attention.
Is there any special format you use?. I use to meditate in the past but got away from it.

I do better when I am in an environments such as coffee shops.
Very much Appreciate your helpful suggestions. 🙏

May I ask how/where you learned about mindfulness and deep mediation?

        Joelson,
My professional background has kept me connected to the importance of Mindfulness. 2 years ago when I retired, my staff, fearful I would not be able to transition into retirement life without experiencing lost of disruption, gave me an Adult Coloring Book along with colored pencils. Initially I thought it was silly but soon came to understand how effective coloring has been to getting centered, focused and relaxed. Life saver!! Of course, now being retired allows me freedom to engage in the activity whenever I want.
My meditation came from listening to professionals who offered easy to use methods.
        Hope this helps.
Francesr can offer his valuable experience.
        Good luck to you. Bob

I have already checked it out and will be designing my bullet journal. I am surprised I did not hear about this journal before. I am receiving lots of great & helpful tips. Thank you for this!!

Make exercising a daily priority. Sweating it out helps to gain an overall balance and since it's a time consuming activity and increases the amount of time you spend eating, it forces you to be focused and more productive with the remaining time you have left in the day.

    And eat brown rice.

I have an exercise routine, which at times seems to be a challenge. I am so tired and lethargic at times. Am currently on second prescription of Prednisone. Had this congestion for 10 weeks now. Today seems to be ok though.
I will do all I can to stay active. Early morning seems to work best!
Thank you for taking time to respond to my post.
