I have an idea for a web app / website. I need a technical partner to build this idea from the ground up.

The idea is very simple.
A user comes to our website. Inputs a load of information, we display the information in various layouts / templates. Then the user can pay a very small fee to download their chosen layout/template in PDF format. Ive tried building something but my limited knowledge of webapps, react, gatsby etc etc has caused problems. I want a technical partner to come onboard to build this webapp, and perhaps some of the other ideas i have. Ideally the technical partner would be UK based, but im happy to work with someone anywhere in the world as long as timezones match up! Let me know if you're interested! :)
