I have an idea .. this might save startups from disaster can spare a moment please ...
Hi Guys I currently work with startups and I have noticed everytime they contact me to discuss their ideas they have no structured way to go from their idea to their product, I have to manually lead them through the process and if they would go to a less competent consultant they end up with a disaster product.
I mean there are lots of software packages and advice for really experienced people but nothing for beginners. So what I am proposing is a SAAS product that leads you through and enables you to build a MVP the way a pro would.
Normally the process I follow which can be done as a step by step process it:
What I would do internally when building:
- Landing Page builder and email collector call to action
- Business Plan Builder
- Competitor Analysis Tool
What I advise the client to do or use these tools:
4. Easy to use drag and drop wireframe tool - the ones out there are hard to use!
5. Very easy to use kanban TO DO list for managing the project
6. Super Easy to use bug tracker
So my question is if you were a startup would you pay to use this software if it guided you through the process and made it easy?
Would love to hear your thoughts on how much you would pay for it monthly as well?
I think if you integrated existing products and put them together, that would provide more value than using another tool to track bugs or todo's etc.

Because otherwise yours would just be just another service with all these features and when time comes to "scale" for these startups, they would find it harder to move to other platforms.
Hi mate! Thanks for your help. I know I use these tools everyday but it took me time to learn them and also they are all disjointed I know there are integrations to these tools as I use these as well. What I am trying to say is they are more for professional developers not people who are doing start ups. Anyone else have this experince?
