I have both MVP and Website but I am looking for a co-founder

Hey guys,
I am a web developer and I have created an HTML-based design tool. this tool should be used to design anything that is based on HTML & CSS. but first, you have to know that this is not adobe XD or Photoshop, you can't draw circles or shapes because the designing process is completely different.
this tool is intended to speed up the process of HTML & CSS coding, so once any coder master it, he will be able to create about 20 HTML page in 1~3 days instead of 3 weeks.

How I validated the idea ?
I have created this tool for personal use, then I used it to design my graduation project. I was able to design the full project in one day.

How it works ?
1- Open the website.
2- setup CSS frameworks like: Bootstrap and Font-Awesome.
3- Start designing.
4 - Export the project ( you can create as many as you want of workspaces then each workspace becomes an HTML file when you export the project ).

Why I need a co-founder ?
I felt tired, I am doing everything by myself: creating marketing videos, collecting emails, configuring servers, fixing bugs...etc
so I need someone who can help me in the side of business and marketing while I focus on development.
At the end, I have to tell you that I am still motivated into this project and I know one thing, it's gonna be successful.
