I have problem validating product in relatively new technology

Hi all,

I'm building a no-code platform to create object detection applications or APIs. You input information and images of what you want to recognize, then you can have it recognized via image or camera. I have had the app and website GUI.

I'm facing 2 problems:

1. The process of creating the apps and distributing them to end-users (and monetizing) could be overwhelming for our users.
   => I am thinking about creating a user community for intensive support.
2. Are there enough people interested in this idea? I have been posting my website on a few startup news site and gathered a few hundred visits, got some sign-ups. But seems not convincing enough to create a community.

I hope you offer some thoughts on my concerns, especially the second one. Where would you suggest me to validate it?
