I help early-stage founders build AI workflows, ops systems and MVPs, taking on 2-3 projects this month

Hey IH,

I'm Shehzad, a startup founder who's been building in AI and health-tech for the past year. I co-founded Otovee (women's health screening platform) and Aielth AI (AI twin platform for entrepreneurs, selected for Build3 Accelerator).

I'm now taking on 2-3 short-term freelance projects as a Fractional Startup Operator.

Here's what I'm good at:

→ AI workflow design and automation builds (n8n, Make, custom APIs)
→ Startup ops audits, turning chaos into SOPs and KPI systems
→ MVP scoping, from idea to buildable roadmap in one session
→ Full-stack builds using FastAPI, Supabase, MongoDB

If you're a founder who's drowning in operational chaos, stuck on a product decision, or trying to automate manual work with AI — I can help fast.

Not looking for long-term commitments right now. Short, high-impact engagements only.

Drop a comment or DM me if any of this sounds useful.

Hey Shehzad — this is exactly the kind of work I built something for. I put together a lightweight preflight that turns one client-facing AI workflow into a review record covering purpose, boundaries, risks and human review before handoff — basically a signed record you can hand a founder-client before you ship them an agent or automation. For the next three buyers I'm throwing in a 25-minute guided start on one non-regulated workflow. Happy to send a redacted example if it's useful — no pitch, genuinely curious if that's a gap you hit with your 2-3 projects.

I like the emphasis on short, high-impact engagements. Early-stage founders usually don't need months of consulting—they need someone who can quickly untangle the biggest bottleneck, whether that's operations, product scope, or automation. Solving the highest-leverage problem first tends to create the most momentum.
