Hi everyone, I’m Thomas from Shanghai 👋
I’ve been helping overseas clients for the past few years to develop and source customized physical products — everything from beauty accessories, nail tools, pet gadgets, to small electronics.
My team and I work directly with factories, designers, and packaging suppliers here in China. We’ve done:
-Light customization (add logo, custom packaging)
-Deep customization (product redesign, mold making, special materials)
-Small-batch mixed shipping with storage and labeling
-Quality control, photo samples, and logistics
🔧 If you have a product idea — but don’t speak Chinese, don’t know where to start, or just don’t want to deal with factory chaos — I’m here to help.
We’ve worked with nail salons, indie ecommerce brands, and small shop owners.
Ask me anything!
Whether it’s cost estimates, prototyping, MOQs, shipping, or “is my idea even doable?” — I’ll try to give you useful answers.
Cheers,

This is great! Having someone on the ground who actually knows the factory landscape and can bridge that language/cultural gap is such a game-changer — especially for indie brands trying to test small batches or launch niche products. Appreciate you offering this kind of access, Thomas. Definitely bookmarking for when I’m ready to prototype 🙌
Thanks 🙌 Totally agree — being on the ground really makes a difference, especially when you need eyes on the production floor.
If/when you’re ready to prototype, I can share a few simple frameworks we use to validate an idea before spending big on tooling. Saves a lot of headaches later.
can u show some exmaple or s of your customization done
Sure! Here are two recent examples:
– A client in Germany wanted a unique multi-functional bathroom soap rack. We handled the design from scratch, went through 3 rounds of prototypes, and got it just right for production.
– A US non-profit needed custom stationery kits. We managed everything — design, sampling, manufacturing, warehousing, international shipping, and even customs clearance — while avoiding peak-season delays and cutting their logistics cost.
If you’d like, I can DM you more details and photos.
This is gold for indie brands..
Thanks! Glad it resonates 🙌 A lot of indie founders are surprised how accessible small-batch manufacturing can be once you know the right suppliers.
