Today I launched OmniFINDS.AI after a year of solo building.
It's an AI Operating System - one platform that replaces 8 separate SaaS tools. CRM, content creation, social media, email marketing, analytics, SEO, affiliate management, and 15 AI agents that run operations 24/7.
The kicker: $0/month infrastructure. 4 free LLM providers, Supabase free tier, Vercel free hosting. The whole thing runs on free tools.
Dog-fooding: the platform manages its own 16-program affiliate business. If a feature breaks, my own revenue breaks. That's the ultimate QA.
130K lines of code. React + Supabase + Vite. Zero funding. Zero employees.

What's been your experience launching solo? How do you decide when to ship vs keep building?
But I have to ask: did you validate demand before building all of this?
What I've learned from building TempQR:
β A smaller product with real users > a giant platform with no one using it.
β The 'build it and they will come' approach rarely works.
β Distribution is harder than development.
So my honest questions:
1. What's your plan to get the first 100 users?
2. Which of the 162 tools is the 'wedge' β the one feature that pulls people in?
3. Have you considered stripping this down to a smaller MVP and growing from there?
The dog-fooding approach (your own revenue breaks if a feature breaks) is smart for QA.
But I'd love to see you succeed β and that starts with getting users, not just features.
Wishing you the best. What's your #1 priority this week?
